Responsibilities

• Manage and delegate workload across the store in collaboration with the Store Leader.
• Establish and communicate key metrics and expectations for sales, visual, operations, safety, HR, payroll, and training.
• Coach and develop associates to grow talent and drive results.
• Promote and drive sales as Leader on Duty (LOD).
• Analyze results and translate numbers into actionable goals to improve KPI results.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service for all customers.
• Communicate with management and participate in weekly store walk-throughs.
• Stay up to date on store initiatives and share with associates.
