Crate and Barrel is seeking a Senior Assistant Store Leader to drive sales growth and store profitability by supporting the Store Leader and coordinating with field and corporate leadership. You will engage with customers and guide associates to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Formación

• 3+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct a team of Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to meet sales goals.
• Oversee store operations across customer experience, profitability and safety.
• Resolve complex customer service issues and escalate when needed.
• Ensure staffing adequacy by planning recruitment and training plans.
• Develop performance plans to promote internal talent.
• Communicate store goals and initiatives to all sales associates.
• Monitor key metrics and budgets including payroll and scheduling.
