Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of fast food or retail management with full operational accountability.
• Proven leadership, supervision, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic business math, accounting, and store technology.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Drive financial performance, control costs, and ensure safety and quality.
• Enforce policies, compliance, and company standards across the store.
