Pick 'n Save in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a Store Manager to lead all departments and uphold Kroger’s standards for customer service, operations, safety, and compliance. You will supervise daily activities, coach associates, and partner with department heads to achieve sales and profit goals.

You will ensure efficient scheduling, cost control, and a positive shopping experience while driving store performance and acting in the absence of the Store Leader.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or in an equivalent role.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve goals in a fastpaced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Collaborating across departments to drive store performance.
