Qualifications

• Track record of improving customer experience, sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a great customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans and communicate results to associates based on surveys and metrics.
• Work with department heads to identify opportunities and implement timely solutions.
• Model exceptional customer service and address associate/customer concerns.
