Job summary

Pick 'n Save in Wisconsin is seeking a Store Manager to supervise and learn operations across departments, share responsibility for store performance, and uphold core values of respect, integrity, inclusion, and safety.

You will assist in scheduling, security, maintenance, sanitation, ordering, administration, and HR duties, while driving sales and cost controls. Strong leadership and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to use KPIs, metrics and data insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates to deliver a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department heads and staff.
• Develop action plans based on Associate Insight survey results.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities and implement timely solutions.
• Model superior customer service and address associate/customer concerns effectively.
• Manage total store operations in the store manager’s absence.
• Aim to achieve or exceed weekly, period, and annual sales, wage, and profit budgets.
• Drive sales by maximizing department contribution and reducing shrink.
• Support budgeting discussions related to sales, shrink, and labor expenses.
• Communicate with leaders and associates to ensure policy compliance and performance feedback.
