Kroger is seeking a store leadership professional in Wisconsin to support the store manager in delivering an outstanding customer shopping experience and leading teams across merchandising, operations, and human resources. You will drive performance, oversee budgets, and partner with department heads to implement strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes inclusion, safety, and adherence to enterprise policies while fostering professional development and community engagement.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing associates toward customer service, operational, and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support business decisions.

• Assist store manager and associates to deliver a favorable customer shopping experience and strengthen customer service relations.
• Assist Store Manager in leading teams in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
