Pick 'n Save in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced store leader to support the Store Manager in driving customer experience and overall store performance across all departments. You will oversee operations, scheduling, security, maintenance, safety, sanitation, ordering, and HR-related duties while upholding Kroger’s values.

Responsibilities include guiding teams, analyzing KPIs, coordinating merchandising initiatives, ensuring compliance with laws, and fostering a strong community

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent role.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service, operational and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support business decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.
