Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Store Leader to drive our Retail business in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You’ll build and lead a team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors, set the tone for exceptional service, and push toward sales and operational goals.

As a true leader, you’ll recruit, coach, and develop talent, manage scheduling and payroll, partner with Marketing, and uphold our brand standards while fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role at a complex customer-focused retailer.

Responsibilities

• Represent and communicate Warby Parker's values to customers and team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet store targets.
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store team.
• Recruit, train, and develop store personnel.
• Collaborate with Marketing for store events.
• Uphold brand standards and protect inventory and assets.
• Lead biannual performance reviews for team members.
