Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans to drive results.
• Action-oriented mindset with ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
