LOFT Outlet in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding and coaching associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and be prepared to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes onboarding, developing a highly engaged team, and maintaining brand standards with a focus on customer service and omnichannel shopping.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

• Onboard and develop an effective, highly engaged team.
