Job summary

LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead in Knoxville, TN. You will support and model exceptional customer experiences while guiding associates to deliver personalized service. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, some management background, and comfort using a POS system. The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers growth across LOFT brands.

Qualifications

• 6-month retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions.
• Onboard and develop an effective, highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on customers.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates to improve customer interactions.
• Use available tools to deliver an omnichannel shopping experience.
