Job summary

AllSaints in the New York flagship is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the daily store operations and deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. You will guide a team of stylists and floor management, ensuring training, scheduling, and compliance are in place to maximise results.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will plan visual moves, analyse product depth, manage KPIs, and take on keyholder responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists and floor management to deliver best-in-class service
• Inspire the team, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance and store standards
• Plan visual merchandising moves, analyze product depth and trading opportunities
• Manage store operations, digital tools, and queries related to store tasks
• Recruit, schedule, and develop the team for progression and appraisals
• Collaborate with store manager and HR to handle ER matters and investigations
• Drive cashflow, KPI targets, and succession planning across weeks and months
