Job summary

Good-Day-Farm in Missouri seeks a Lead who will join the management team to drive performance, foster an inclusive store culture, and ensure exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint. The role combines hands-on leadership, a strong work ethic, operational know-how, and a passion for cannabis education and customer service.

You will train staff, lead daily huddles, manage inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance, while building relationships with customers and promoting loyalty.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training staff and developing daily huddles and zone charts to motivate the team towards goals.
• Lead and model company values, ensuring a memorable customer experience and timely uniform standards.
• Support inventory processes and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and prevent loss, including vault organization and order fulfillment.
• Oversee daily store opening/closing duties, cash handling, till setting, and nightly deposits.
• Maintain store facilities and communicate maintenance needs to management.
• Drive customer experience initiatives, upselling, and loyalty programs.
