Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a proactive Lead to join our management team and drive performance while fostering an inclusive store culture. You will champion cannabis education, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead staff in daily operations.

You will coach team members, manage inventory and cash procedures, and ensure accurate order fulfillment and promotional activities. A strong leadership mindset and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis‑specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and guides team training and development, sets daily goals and motivates staff.
• Models leadership by example, ensures timely performance and memorable customer experiences.
• Coaches staff and maintains standards of success for every team member.
• Supports daily store operations and maintenance with the management team.
• Promotes inclusion and professional growth; participates in events and promotions.
• Manages inventory processes, reconciliation, and cash handling procedures.
• Oversees daily opening/closing duties, till setup, and cash deposits.
• Drives customer engagement, upselling, and product knowledge development.
• Supports in-store visuals and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer experience.
