Job summary

The Children's Place in Lithonia, GA seeks a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap, opening/closing, and serving as Leader on Duty. You will model brand standards and engage customers while driving store profitability.

You will supervise associates, coach for performance, manage schedules, and ensure safety and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations with associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support training and development initiatives across the store.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
• Represent the brand professionally on the sales floor and in-store.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) program to enhance customer experience and store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and modify schedules as needed.
• Maintain clean stockroom and ensure safety and CRE standards.
