Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and profit performance in assigned store or department.
• Ensure that sales and margin goals are met; assist in developing budgets and monitoring performance.
• Establish individual sales goals for associates and supervise staff to maximize sales and profit.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that drives customer traffic and loyalty.
• Coach and mentor staff to uphold exceptional service standards and policies.
• Provide feedback to buying/allocation teams on high-potential items and classifications.
• Lead visual presentation initiatives and maintain in-store image.
• Implement loss prevention procedures to protect assets.
• Recruit, supervise and develop staff and fill open roles promptly.
• Collaborate with senior management to execute promotional strategies.
