Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and profit performance in assigned store or department.
• Ensure sales and margin goals are met; work with GM/Department Manager on budgets.
• Set individual sales goals for associates and supervise staff to maximize sales.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that drives customer traffic and loyalty.
• Coach and mentor staff to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
• Provide feedback to buying/allocation teams on high-potential items.
• Oversee visual presentation and in-store appearance to match brand image.
• Establish loss prevention procedures to protect assets.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop staff; fill open roles promptly.
• Support promotional strategies and programs that boost sales and profit.
