Ralph Lauren is seeking a Selling Supervisor to join the store leadership team. You will execute plans to drive profit, lead by example, coach staff, and manage tasks and priorities to meet sales goals.

You will monitor performance data, share insights with management, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining brand standards across the store. This is a full-time on-site role requiring flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs and work flexible hours

• Lead store team and coach associates to achieve sales targets.
• Drive sales performance and monitor KPIs and metrics.
