Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Selling Supervisor to join the Store Leadership team. You will execute strategic plans to drive profitable sales, lead by example, coach the sales team, and monitor daily operations to meet targets.

You will develop the team, champion clienteling, manage rewards and performance metrics, oversee cash handling, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail Supervisory or similar industry experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and travel as required
• Proven track record of building positive relationships with customers and staff
• Strong business acumen and planning/time management skills

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication, feedback and recognition.
• Drive team sales performance through coaching and development.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Model selling behaviors and lead in performance metrics.
• Act as mentor to employees, providing guidance to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Support training programs aligned with brand standards.
• Provide feedback to Store Management on team performance and development needs.
• Sell 50% of the time and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty.
• Execute promotional activities and sales events.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with brand standards.
• Support customer concern process and escalate as needed to senior Management.
• Champion new technology for selling and shopping methods.
• Report product category opportunities and support store merchandising needs.
• Support inventory control and maintain productivity standards.
• Participate in recruitment and interviews as needed.
• Supervise daily cash transactions, deposits, and register balancing.
