Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Full-Time/Part-Time Key Holder to lead in-store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with store leadership to coach staff, maintain product knowledge, and ensure accurate POS transactions while upholding company policies.

The role requires a passion for teamwork, merchandising, and achieving store goals, with availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer information capture rates.
• Be informed and understand current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, displays and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS registers.
• Develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with store leadership.
• Complete opening and closing procedures to company standards and Time & Attendance policy.
• Adhere to all laws and Company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
