Job summary

Boot Barn is looking for a part-time Key Holder who will help create an engaging in-store experience and support store leadership. You will drive sales, develop customers, and ensure smooth operations across merchandising, stock, and POS transactions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail sales, strong communication, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. There is potential for growth within a collaborative team that values community and service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, capture rates).
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Process merchandise and complete sales transactions at POS.
