Check N G o family of companies, including Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store, all part of CNG Holdings, Inc., is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead customer service and ensure regulatory excellence.

The role involves educating customers on product options, handling cash with accuracy, and ensuring compliance while supporting store operations and sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment
• Must have own personal reliable transportation and valid driver's license and automobile insurance

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and/or services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, and corporate office if unable to resolve with the customer.
• Answer telephone inquiries in response to general questions, customer applications, requests, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Process all transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree timely.
• Travel between stores within district as needed.
