Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Michigan to act as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store.

You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance while educating customers on our product portfolio. Responsibilities include handling transactions, supporting the store team, and traveling across stores within the district using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and process transactions accurately per policy.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regulations.
