You will supervise daily operations, ensure excellent customer experiences, and uphold regulatory compliance while supporting store profitability. The role requires solid cash handling, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or cash handling experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when unresolved.
• Answer phone inquiries and process applications.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regulations.
• Provide professional and accurate responses to customers.
• Handle currency and cash with accuracy and security.
• Balance receipts and assist with end-of-day close.
