Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to lead store service, drive sales, and support the leadership team in daily operations. You will become an expert on product categories, communicate benefits to customers, and help maintain merchandising standards while supporting promotions and inventory needs.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, flexible availability for nights and weekends, and the ability to travel up to 10% to assist nearby stores.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT and ADT.
• Be informed and understand current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain company-merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions at POS with proper cash handling.
