• Minimum 5+ years in high-volume, "big box" retail management, with multi-store experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise the Assistant Store Manager, Human Resources Manager, Loss Prevention Manager and Promotions Manager, and indirectly all other Managers in the Store.
• Opens and Closes the Store.
• Ensure staffing with service-oriented associates and participate in interviewing, training and performance reviews.
• Maintain strong customer service and a positive work environment.
• Control assets and financials, audit reports and inventory to protect company resources.
• Implement merchandising directives and marketing strategies from Corporate.
