Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Manager to supervise one or more Sales Departments, oversee merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing and customer service. The role includes staff hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching to create a legendary shopping experience for every customer.

The position requires 3–5 years of Retail Management experience, strong financial and analytical abilities, and proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Retail Management.

Responsibilities

• Provides legendary customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience.
• Meets or exceeds financial plans and executes Sales plans as directed.
• Opens and closes the store; holds Manager on Duty responsibilities.
• Staffs departments with service-oriented associates; participates in interviewing, selection, training, and performance reviews.
• Resolves customer and associate issues; enforces company policies and laws.
• Promotes programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
