The role requires supervising multiple managers, coordinating training, and implementing corporate directives while maintaining a safe, organized store environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume, multi-store retail management experience.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, reporting and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff and maintain customer focus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and implement merchandising and marketing directives.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises store leadership and ensures service-oriented staff.
• Open/close procedures, staffing, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Maintain store presentation, inventory accuracy and cash controls.
• Drive sales, payroll plans and customer satisfaction through coaching.
• Provide a legendary customer experience and promote membership and services.
