O’Reilly Auto Parts in Kent, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This role will lead the store team during the Store Manager’s absence and coach teammates to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Requires Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels in the retail showroom and drive customer service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, hiring, training, and goal coaching for team members.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure proper money handling and deposits.
• Ensure all processes (buy online/ship to store, transfers, and returns) are performed efficiently.
