Job summary

POP MART Streets at Southpoint is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect POP MART’s premium brand.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, manage inventory and merchandising, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping environment for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to lead teams.
• Experience with inventory, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold POP MART brand.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive sales goals and KPIs, including conversion, UPT, ATV, and payroll productivity.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.
• Execute visual merchandising standards, planograms, and seasonal displays.
• Build a connection with the local collector community and support events and store openings.
