POP MART at Streets at Southpoint is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences, lead on duty when managers are away, and drive store performance. You’ll coach the team, support daily store operations, and help bring the POP MART brand to life for every customer.

You will also manage merchandising and inventory, assist with product launches, and act as a brand ambassador who shares POP MART’s stories with collectors and guests. The role reports to the Store Manager.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to meet individual and store goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART’s artists, characters, and exclusive collections.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, and inventory processes.
• Support visual merchandising, shipments, replenishment, and back-of-house organization.
