Job summary

POP MART, a leader in the trend culture and entertainment industry, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Streets at Southpoint. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a high‑performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while overseeing daily operations.

You will handle merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and store compliance, lead with POP MART's brand, and mentor staff to deliver memorable experiences to collectors and first‑time visitors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Manage scheduling, daily task planning, and operational execution.
• Mentor Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and replenishment.
