POP MART is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Brandon Exchange. You will coach and develop store team members, oversee daily operations, inventory, and merchandising, and serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, customer engagement, and store KPIs. You will lead Brand Associates and Sales Leads, foster a customer-first culture, and ensure POP MART’s premium brand experience across all interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
