POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager at our Smith Haven Mall location to lead a high-performing team and deliver a premier customer experience. You will collaborate with the Store Manager on sales goals, staffing, and daily operations while upholding POP MART’s brand standards.

You will mentor Brand Associates, drive merchandising initiatives, and manage inventory and performance metrics to maximize store results.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

• Lead, coach and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the sales floor and set customer engagement standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs including conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Execute visual merchandising standards, planograms, and seasonal displays.
• Build excitement within the local collector community and promote POP MART’s brand experiences.
