Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escalate issues to store manager and corporate when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and perform deposits.
• Complete transactions accurately per company policy.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Protect customer information and provide excellent service.
