Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year sales, customer service, and/or cash handling
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office if unable to resolve with customer
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with applications or other requests
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits
• Balance receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree
• Other duties as assigned
