Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and lead store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and profitability.
• Provide store level leadership and staff guidance.
• Handle cash, banking deposits, and financial reconciliations.
• Educate customers on products and services and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers in district.
