Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and present suitable solutions.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate office when needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and assist with applications or other requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify info and resolve complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and process loans, check cashing, and Net Spend transactions.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
