Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager and corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and support customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales and collections in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Handle currency accurately, manage cash drawer, and assist with deposits.
