Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Milwaukee, WI, to lead daily customer service excellence and ensure regulatory compliance across our cash services. You will represent the Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store brands within the local community.

Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, handling cash securely, and balancing end-of-day reports while maintaining strong teamwork and trustworthy store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and options.
• Escalate issues to store manager when needed.
• Answer inquiries by phone and respond to applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and compliance calls.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and prepare deposits.
• Process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete trainings.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
