Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure superior customer service across our Check ’N Go, Allied Cash or Cash Store locations.

You will manage staff, handle cash, supervise expenses, and uphold company policies while achieving district targets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to coaching a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously, and provide store-level leadership.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations and Corporate Office when needed.
• Respond professionally to general questions, applications, requests, sales, and compliance calls.
• Handle cash, balance batch receipts, and ensure accurate transactions per policy.
• Support store staff to achieve metric targets and maintain scheduling.
