CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance across stores in the district.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail/financial services environment. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve and educate customers on product portfolio and options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications and requests.
