Responsibilities include handling cash, performing transactions, and maintaining accurate records while supporting store operations and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or corporate office when necessary.
• Answer phone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in compliance with regulations.
• Interact professionally with customers and resolve issues while ensuring they feel valued.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, and count deposits.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Verify customer information through verifications and process transactions per policy.
