Responsibilities

• Lead store team and report directly to the Area/District Manager.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold merchandising standards.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.
• Oversee all store operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent; mentor and develop staff.
