Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Certain locations may prefer bilingual Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and counsel when needed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure in-stock targets are met.
• Ensure cash handling integrity and security procedures.
• Lead safety, customer service and store presentation standards.
• Open/close the store as required and manage daily operations.
