Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret store procedures and policies.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per policies.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, address performance issues.
• Ensure proper staffing and open/close procedures.
