Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, optimize staffing, training, and store processes. You will drive sales, manage inventory, oversee opening/closing, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to train staff and enforce safety and cash-handling procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Staffing: recruits, selects and retains qualified employees according to laws and policies.
• Train employees and conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Advise on pay rate and advancement decisions.
• Communicate performance, safety expectations and coordinate team meetings.
• Open/close store as required and ensure proper staffing.
• Analyze operating statements for trends and opportunities; manage expenses and shrink.
• Review ordering plans and inventory; manage stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Ensure merchandise is presented correctly with pricing and signage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash/shop security controls.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a safe store environment.
