Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to elevate the in-store experience.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions and terminations for the store team.
• Monitor and shape store culture to align with brand values and create a positive work environment.
• Provide coaching and training on customer service, product knowledge and operational standards.
• Manage scheduling, expenses, loss prevention, audits and reporting.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain accurate inventory through receiving and shipping.
