Qualifications

• Ability to manage store operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent; provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manage expenses, shrink, and inventory.
